摘要: Abstract A novel Ce-doped manganese oxide octahedral molecular sieve (Ce-OMS-2) was prepared by a reflux method and characterized field emission scanning electron microscope, high resolution transmission microscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectra, nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms, X-ray diffraction photoelectron spectroscopy. The Ce(0.48)-OMS-2 with Ce/Mn molar ratio of 0.48 highly effective stable for the degradation ciprofloxacin in water. results indicated that Ce mainly entered tunnel structure OMS-2, significantly increasing BET surface area from 72 m 2 /g OMS-2 to 304 m Ce(0.48)-OMS-2. Moreover, oxygen defects labile increased after introduction into being determined O1s spectra O -TPD analysis. ESR activity tests under different conditions suggested reduced Mn(II) could interact form − Mn(IV), resulting degrade piperazine ring quinolone moiety CIP small products. Simultaneously, release inhibited transfer process on micro-interface
