摘要: ZnO nanobarbed fibers (NBFs) are synthesized by the epitaxial growth of 1–D nanorods (NRs) on nanofibers (NFs) via electrospinning and chemical bath deposition. The change in resistance NBFs presence or absence a gas was explained using surface depletion model modified grain boundary model, which junction points NFs NRs considered. NBF structure showed extraordinary NO2 sensing performance for concentrations up to 30 ppb. This indicates that structures have great potential use as materials.
