摘要: The automatic detection and segmentation of the pectoral muscle in medio-lateral oblique view mammograms is essential for further analysis breast anormalies. However, it still a very difficult task since sizes, shapes intensity contrasts muscles change greatly from image to image. In this paper, an algorithm based on shortest path graph proposed automatically detect contour. To overcome difficulties searching between lateral top margins image, first transformed, using polar coordinates. transformed boundary amongst paths bottom rows. A comprehensive comparison with manually-drawn contours reveals strength method.
