摘要: The characterization of liposomes was undertaken using in-situ microfluidic transmission electron microscopy. Liposomes were imaged without contrast enhancement staining or cryogenic treatment, allowing for the observation functional in an aqueous environment. stability and quality liposome structures observed found to be highly dependent on surface chemistries within liquid cell. successful imaging suggests potential extension TEM a wide variety other biological soft matter systems processes.
