摘要: This chapter discusses the phenomenon of visual discomfort in stereoscopic and multi-view 3D video reproduction. Distinctive definitions are provided for fatigue. The sources evaluated a qualitative quantitative manner. Various technological influence factors, such as camera shootings, displays, viewing conditions considered, providing numerical limits technical parameters when appropriate available. Visual is strongly related to displayed content its properties, notably spatiotemporal disparity distribution. Characterizing properties requires well-controlled subjective experiments rigorous statistical analysis. An example study measuring motion presented detail important conclusions drawn.
