摘要: Abstract Biomedical electronic devices play a key role in medical services. Various types have been developed to perform different functions. Powering these has remained challenge. that can self-harvest, store and power are highly demanded. Recent advancement solar cell technology given rise hybrid organic cells with features, such as light weight, flexibility, biocompatibility size reduction, among others, made them attractive biomedical device application. In this review, we try highlight some of recent research undertaken use powering various devices. The areas covered include implants, skin, radio-integrated monitoring, dental brush and diagnostic equipment.
