摘要: The impact of a mixture Cu, Zn and Pb acetates on several soil microbial groups in model columns filled with natural monoliths was investigated. Moraine sandy loam clay Calcari-Endohypogleyic Luvisol (LVg-n-w-cc) 0–100 cm deep taken from the site located 350 meters roadside Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipeda highway (Kaunas distr., Giraite) used for investigation. Metal reduced counts all investigated groups: organotrophic, sporeforming, mineral nitrogen assimilating, oligonitrophilous bacteria, actinomycetes micromycetes. Actinomycetes, assimilating bacteria were most susceptible to metals. highest tolerance towards metal shown by micromycetes spore-forming cellulose-degrading bacteria. influence test metals negative Btkg horizon 56–61 deep, where no actinomycetes, oligonitrophylic found.
