摘要: More than 50 years of research has yielded numerous Shigella vaccine candidates that have exemplified both the promise vaccine-induced prevention shigellosis and impediments to developing a safe effective for widespread use, goal yet be attained. This Review discusses most advanced strategies development, immune responses are elicited following disease or vaccination, factors accelerated impeded development our ideas way forward.
