摘要: Estimating, simulating, and predicting interindividual variability in drug pharmacokinetics (PK) drug–drug interactions is an integral part of development clinical therapeutics. This chapter reviews the application physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling to that area, through a priori predictive simulations or posteriori population PK analyses. We examine main sources ADME processes, focusing on quantitative integration relevant information PBPK models via Monte Carlo methods. follow with description discussion Bayesian data multilevel models.
