摘要: This qualitative research study investigated intrapersonal, interpersonal, and environmental factors that shape young adolescent tobacco use behaviors in Uruguay. Focus groups were conducted the summer of 2012 fall 2013 four secondary schools Montevideo, Uruguay, including two private public schools. A total focus led each school, composed 4-6 students each, 16 total. Data analysis utilized NVivo software included deductive inductive content analysis. Overwhelmingly, reported onset smoking occurred second year school.
