摘要: Abstract Nymphs and adults of the German cockroach, Blattella germanica, tend to aggregate. The effect six different relative humidities (RH) on aggregation behaviour groups 30 first instars was tested. results show that grouping is denser under lower RHs than higher humidities. mean interindividual distances (nearest neighbour distances) proved be inversely proportional saturation deficiency (SD). in regulating water loss by evaporation discussed. Under deprivation food drinking survival times nymphs depend RH. For five humidity levels tested longevity (defined as MT50) SD. correlation best fitted a hyperbola.
