摘要: Amphiphilic block copolymers containing biodegradable hydrophobic segments of depsipeptide based have been synthesized and explored as gene carriers for enhancing proliferation endothelial cells in vitro. These polymers form nanoparticles (NPs) with positive charges on their surface, which could condense recombinant plasmids enhanced green fluorescent protein plasmid ZNF580 (pEGFP-ZNF580) protect them against DNase I. is efficiently transported into EA.hy926 to promote proliferation, whereby the transfection efficiency NPs/pEGFP-ZNF580 approximately similar that Lipofectamine 2000. results indicate NPs might potential a carrier pEGFP-ZNF580, support endothelialization cardiovascular implants.
