摘要: Abstract A novel method for reaction synthesis is proposed. The establishes strong interconnection between process intensification (PI) principles and system engineering (PSE) techniques, which are used problem formulation optimization. general aim to demonstrate a potential innovative solutions that combine both optimal reactor structure its operational regime. consists of three stages: (I) Reaction Screening, in phenomenological modules defined; (II) System Superstructure Mathematical Modeling (building blocks) connected generic superstructure; (III) Optimization regime derived, using techno-economical objective function different optimization methods. proposed demonstrated on example two parallel endothermic reactions liquid phase. results show continuous steady-state outperforms fed-batch has similar performance as more complex periodically operated reactor, thus presents the solution.
