Circular Economy Practices and Strategies in Public Sector Organizations: An Integrative Review

摘要: The concept of the Circular Economy (CE) is an increasingly attractive approach to tackling current sustainability challenges and facilitating a shift away from linear “take-make-use-dispose” model production consumption. public sector major contributor CE transition not only as policy-maker but also significant purchaser, consumer, user goods services. circularization itself, however, has received very little attention in research. In order explore state knowledge on implementation practices strategies within Public Sector Organizations (PSOs), this research aims develop overview existing literature. literature review was designed combining systematic search with complementary purposive sampling. Using organizational theoretical perspective, main results showed scattered landscape, indicating that limited PSOs focused so far areas procurement, internal operations processes, service delivery. As result review, framework PSO proposed providing holistic view system dimensions are relevant for examination analysis integration process strategies. This innovative help further practice move beyond efforts, highlighting strategy management, processes operations, assessment communication, delivery, human resources dimensions, collaboration other organizations, various external contexts important where potential bring benefits.
