摘要: The optical orientation of the angular momenta alkali atoms in presence a buffer gas (molecular nitrogen) has been studied experimentally. It shown that, even at low concentration molecular nitrogen cell, excitation 133Cs from lower hyperfine level with F = 3, which belongs to ground 2S1/2 state, results larger amplitude magnetic resonance than 4. This result theoretically explained under assumption that spin state atomic nucleus does not change collision molecule, is accompanied by nonradiative transition atom excited 2P1/2 state.
