摘要: The specific /sup 3/H-spiperone binding to membrane homogenates of the striatum, mesolimbic area, and frontal cortex was examined in two groups rats pretreated once daily with saline or 4 mg/kg methamphetamine (MAP) for 14 days. At 7 days following cessation chronic pretreatment, all received an injection MAP were decapitated 1 hr after injection. In saline-pretreatment group, single administration induced significant changes number (Bmax) sites (a decrease striatum increase area cortex), but no affinity (KD) any brain area. pretreatment markedly augmented Bmax is discussed relation MAP-induced behavioral hypersensitivity.
