摘要: ABSTRACT The roll-up structure of a tip vortex with the wake age and its correlation to swirl flow in far are investigated using single blade rotor short aspect ratio 4.2 use laser doppler velocimetry (LDV) system. To examine evolving process vortex, circumferential, axial velocity components, their turbulent intensities, Reynolds stresses measured within one revolution by phase averaging technique for six different ages. influence is also another ages further downstream. It observed that circumferential vortices has strong similarity n = 2 model Vatista’s algebraic form peaks decaying at an exponential rate. velocity, sweeping direction tip, established weak Gaussian profiles base-width being about 3 r c (core radius). At 670o, met sheet produced two revolutions ahead and, therefore, contributed formation, as well three-dimensional turbulence mixing substantially.
