摘要: In this research, the possibility of application protists living micromachines was investigated. Motion protist is controlled by using ’taxis’. The author et al. formerly achieved motion control Paramecium galvano-taxis. They also succeeded rotation micro impeller Paramecium. as improved these results. However, method could not be applicable for Mastigophora or Sarcodina. Therefore, study investigates phototaxis. results showed that a kind Mastigophora, “Euglena gracilis” its negative photophobic response. euglena captured into dark spot and changing position spot. local illumination optical field
