摘要: This article discusses the use of nanotechnology for subcellular compartment isolation and its application towards omics. technology review significantly contributes to our understanding on systems biology. Here we elaborate nanobiotechnology approach using superparamagnetic nanoparticles (SPMNPs) optimized with different surface coatings organelle isolation. Using pulse-chase approach, that SPMNPs interacted differently cell depending functionalization. The focuses functionalized-SPMNPs as a tool isolate high quality (both purity yield) plasma membranes endosomes or lysosomes. Such can be applied in generating inventories. As future perspective, this strategy could areas such immunology, cancer stem research.
