摘要: Abstract Mesoporous silica membranes were prepared on porous alumina substrates by a vapor infiltration of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) into non-ionic poly(oxyethylene) (Brij56) surfactant film. Periodic mesostructured formed both α- and γ-alumina pre-treated with polystyrene. The polystyrene polymer plugged the pores inhibited deposition in pores, resulting formation very thin membrane without silica/alumina composite layer at interface between mesoporous substrates. calcined showed high nitrogen permeance (>10 −6  mol m −2  s −1  Pa ). single gas permeation was governed Knudsen diffusion mechanism. durability against moisture air improved silylation trimethylethoxysiliane.
