摘要: Hydrolysis of α-chitin in concentrated hydrochloric acid under elevated temperature is a general preparation nutrapharmaceutical glucosamine hydrochloride (GlcN.HCl). In this study, the microwave and ultrasonic wave assisted hydrolysis shrimp shell are investigated with an aim to improve reaction rate selectivity. Microwave heating shortens time from 120 min conventional process 12 afford GlcN.HCl 57% yield. Sonication can be used assist chitin dissolution 38% HCl prior at °C for produce 62% The selective glycosidic bond achievable 30 4 h give N-acetyl (GlcNAc) 37%
