摘要: A genomic scan was conducted on 540 reciprocal backcross Meishan x White composite pigs for hot carcass weight (HCWT); loin eye area (LOIN); length (CRCL); belly (BELLY); and of trimmed ham, loin, picnic, Boston butt adjusted to a constant live (TWPLWT) or (TWPCWT) weight. Genetic markers spanned the entire porcine linkage map were spaced at approximately 20-cM intervals. Grandparental breed origin all chromosomal segments determined using multipoint procedures, least squares regression analysis conducted. Nominal P-values converted genome-wide level significance adjust number tests actually Seven associations significant relating chromosomes 1 (SSC 1), 7 7), X X). The SSC region affected LOIN, TWPLWT, TWPCWT; HWCT CRCL; TWPLWT TWPCWT. Twelve seven regions (including X) presented suggestive evidence quantitative trait loci (QTL), many these are likely contain QTL. Chromosomes 8 14 had two three traits with QTL, respectively. Many pleiotropic effects detected 1, 7, 14, in this study companion looking fat deposition QTL same population. In addition, 4 nearly CRCL identified as affecting backfat wild boar Large These results expand our knowledge inheritance directly relevant populations containing germplasm.
