摘要: Cultures of adventitious roots Stevia rebaudiana (Bert.) Bertoni were performed in a roller bottle system for the production both primary and secondary metabolites. Adventitious induced from 1-cm-long root tip explants derived vitro regenerated plantlets on solid Murashige Skoog (MS 1962) media supplemented with 10.7 μM α-naphthaleneacetic acid. These cultures successfully maintained same medium 6 months regular subcultures after 4 weeks. Thereafter, cut into 1.0- to 1.5-cm-long segments transferred containing fresh tissue culture liquid MS NAA. The apparatus consisted flask rolling adjusted 4g, 3° inclination. allowed grow absence light adaptation formation. best conditions cultivation investigated, considering volume (25 ml), period (4 weeks), salt concentrations nutrient (33%) optimal initial inoculum (0.2 g) S. roots. results could give important information how improve development
