Ultrastructural identification of human tonsil T-lymphocytes by peroxidase-conjugated anti-HTLA serum.

摘要: A horse anti-serum rendered specific for human T-lymphocytes was conjugated with peroxidase and used ultrastructural identification of tonsil T-lymhocytes. With T- B-enriched suspensions, virtually all were labelled Po-anti-HTLA, whereas no B-cells stained this conjugate. The labelling found to be irregularly distributed on the plasma membrane T-cells. Direct Po-anti-HTLA conjugate confirm characteristics thymus-dependant cells.
