摘要: Abstract Individualism-collectivism measures, along with decision styles, were examined between two cultural groups of participants: Americans and Arabs. The American group participated in MBA executive programs, while the Arab international management development programs. participants scored higher than their counterparts on individualism, but less collectivism measures. Participants both displayed a strong preference for consultative participative styles determined that these most effective practice immediate supervisors participative.
