摘要: Abstract An explanation for the anomalous temperature broadening of zero-phonon transition corresponding to 7 F 0 ↔ 5 D electronic in Sm 2+ –doped sodium borate glasses is given. The main mechanism spectral diffusion induced by thermal fluctuation long-living soft localized modes over whole studied region 5–293 K.
