摘要: The present study investigates the relationship between Motivation and Job Satisfaction. has been treated as a dependent Satisfaction an independent variable. respondents were employees of one public sector giants India, BSNL data colleted from 45 white color (supervisors above) BSNL, Saharanpur. Primary collected by researcher through two different standard structured questionnaires based on five pointer likert scale. results show positive correlation motivation job satisfaction i.e., increases with increase in vice-versa. also indicate that, remains unaffected both age well length service employees. It may be because fact that factors responsible for seem to working environment organization. paper finds relative importance contribute employees; Compensation Package emerged most important factor, whereas Self Actualization appears least factor.
