摘要: Abstract Si–Al and Si–Al–Sn alloy melts were used for silicon purification by solidification refining method. The effects of Sn addition on microstructure, eutectic Si morphology, as well B distribution investigated using optical microscopy, scanning electron probe microanalyzer inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. Primary αAl + Si structures with flake-like found in alloy; while an additional structure αAl + βSn + Si was found. had a globular shape, whereas some octahedral shape. Compared primary Si, more boron to distribute final solidified phase during the solidification, i.e. system system. ratio decreased increasing Al content melt, increased melt.
