摘要: Abstract Objectives To compare the extent of lipid peroxidation and status antioxidants in tumor venous blood patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) at different intraoral sites. Design methods Twenty four OSCC sites an equal number age- sex-matched reference subjects were chosen for study. The concentrations peroxides reduced glutathione (GSH) activities antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (GPx) glutathione-S-transferase (GST) estimated tissues blood. Results Diminished tissue was accompanied by decreased SOD CAT increase GSH GSH-dependent enzymes. In contrast, enhanced decrease observed patients. Conclusion No significant differences levels between However, our results revealed respect to their susceptibility status.
