摘要: Models of biological systems expressed as multiset rewriting can be very complex, impeding the analysis their behaviour. In this paper we propose a practical solution to problem, in form change monitors, i.e. computational instruments which synchronise with model and record its Change monitors play role passive observers. Since automatically identify specific behaviours generated by under investigation, it is sufficient focus only on output produced (instead examining dynamics initial model).
