摘要: A few years after the discovery of Meningococcus by Weichselbaum in 18871 numerous vaccines were described and tested almost everywhere world. Davis2 seems to have been first attempt active immunization, 1907, using meningococcal cultures heated 60 °C. number other researchers followed on similar lines: Sophian Black3; Chalmers O’Farrel4; Riding Corkil5; Neujean6; Blanchard7; Saleun Ceccaldi8, etc.
