摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose:: A perspective on the neurobehavioral component of etiology chronic prostatitis (CP) and pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) is emerging. We evaluated a new approach to treatment CP/CPPS with Stanford developed protocol using myofascial trigger point assessment release therapy (MFRT) in conjunction paradoxical relaxation (PRT).Materials Methods:: total 138 men refractory traditional were treated for at least 1 month MFRT/PRT by team comprising urologist, physiotherapist psychologist. Symptoms assessed symptom survey (PPSS) National Institutes Health-CP Symptom Index.
