摘要: Complexity theory changes the way we need to think about how manage systems, and degree of control have over outcomes. Instead viewing systems as being deterministic, complex must be viewed having properties such self-organization emergence that make them somewhat unpredictable. This has important implications in terms management strategies risk assessment, discussed by Charles Perrow his books on Normal Accident Theory. is especially true since world becoming more tightly coupled because globalization technological scientific advancements. There still much research needs done explore complexity incorporated into disaster management, particularly detailed empirical case studies relate practice.
