摘要: ABSTRACT Background Transcatheter occlusion of ostium secundum atrial septal defects using commercial available devices is a safe and effective procedure. We present our experience with two new generation coated nitinol wire devices. Methods report device characteristics, implantation technique outcomes patients treated the Lifetech CERA™ ASD Occluder Cocoon Septal Occluder. Results Procedures were performed in 49 patients, 37 female. Ages ranged from 7 to 68 years body weight 17 90 kg. The aortic rim was 34.7% aneurysms 14.3% patients. Mean diameter 13 ± 7 mm whereas balloon stretched 22 ± 7 mm. Implantation possible all cases 55 used. Forty-five four Three required second orifice. During procedures first had be replaced by larger one cases, third case it due tuliplike malformation left disc. Immediate occurred 91.9% 95.9% at 6 months. There no deaths or other significant complications. Conclusions use both simple reproducible experienced hands. Short-term rates similar ones obtained Amplatzer™ device.
