摘要: The conception that early childhood education (ECE) positively affects academic progress is well established. purpose of this study was to verify the impact time exposure ECE on performance children and evaluate their from 3rd 5th grade when there education. Participants were 294 public school students (both genders) divided into three groups: no ECE, one year two years ECE. Academic achievement assessed in 3rd, 4th, grades through judgment teachers collective written evaluations Portuguese language mathematics. An Achievement test administered students. A multivariate analysis with repeated measures, controlled for socioeconomic level, showed consistently associated greater achievement, though extra did not show any additional effect performance. Further research required due implications last result policies.
