摘要: A fiber-reinforced ceramic composite material reinforced by particle dispersion with improved fracture toughness comprised of a mullite matrix, and fibers same or different kind fine particles both dispersed within the matrix is produced method comprising: dispersing forming in solution dissolving an organometallic macromolecular substance to prepare impregnating solution, continuously passing through said uniformly impregnate laminating provide laminated body, converting body into nonmeltable state, performing sintering (or press sintering) inert gas and/or nitrogen gas. By K Ic 10 MN/m 3/2 more achieved.
