A dynamic assembly model for assembly sequence planning of complex product based on polychromatic sets theory

摘要: Purpose – Assembly Sequence Planning integrating assembly Resources (ASPR) is a trend in industry. Because of the introduction resource, complexity ASPR for complex product increases drastically; besides, dynamic property resource and co‐existence sequence disassembly (ASDS) make problems more difficult. The model (DAM) based on polychromatic sets (PS) theory was proposed to address these issues.Design/methodology/approach First, strategy presented simplify ASPR, taking advantage generated phase design which considers no resource. Secondly, concept DAM discussed, some principles/criteria modeling were generalized from experience.
