摘要: Small, early stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) can be divided into 2 types; small nodular HCC with distinct margins and indistinct margins. The latter consists of well-differentiated cancerous tissue replacing growth at the boundary many portal tracts retained in tumor. When these tumors reach approximately 1.5-2.0 cm diameter, moderately or poorly differentiated cancer tissues develop within are replaced by less tissues. This dedifferentiation seems to closely related tumor proliferation. nodules proliferate an expansive fashion, a nodule appearance is frequently identifyed. On other hand, HCCs well-defined, more than half them encapsulated thin fibrous capsule, about 60% differentiated. Tumor invasion vein intrahepatic metastasis found 27% 10%, respectively. Thus, although size may small, some distinctly already interpreted as advanced cancers.
