摘要: The microstructure of alloys based on the Al-La-Ni-Fe system, which are characterized by a unique ability to form metal glasses and nanoscale composites in wide range compositions, has been investigated. Al85Ni7Fe4La4 Al85Ni9Fe2La4 have analyzed electron microscopy (including high-resolution scanning transmission microscopy), energy-dispersive X-ray microanalysis, diffraction (ED), (XRD). It is found that, along with fcc Al Al4La (Al11La3) particles, these contain ternary phase Al3Ni1 − x Fe (sp. gr. Pnma) isostructural Al3Ni quaternary Al8Fe2 Ni La Al8Fe2Eu Pbam). unit-cell parameters compounds, determined ED refined XRD, = 0.664(1) nm, b 0.734(1) c 0.490(1) nm for 1.258(3) 1.448(3) 0.405(8) La. In both cases Ni Fe atoms statistically arranged, no ordering found. particles inclusions Al3Fe δ layers.
