摘要: In this study, we explored surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) for analyzing red wine through several facile sample preparations. These approaches involved the direct analysis of with and incubation silver nanoparticles (i.e., AgNPs) a reproducible SERS substrate, AgNP mirror, previously developed by our group. However, as reported analysis, signals obtained these were either due to interference fluorescence exhibited pigments or mainly attributed DNA fraction, adenine. Therefore, an innovative approach was using solvent extraction provide more characteristic information that is beneficial chemical profiling discrimination. Signature peaks in extract spectra found match those condensed tannins, resveratrol, anthocyanins, gallic acid, catechin, which indicated combined method chemicals overcoming well-known challenges analysis. Based on approach, have successfully differentiated three wines demonstrated possible relation between overall intensity ratings. Since profile closely related grape species, quality, authentication, obtain rich spectral from could advance
