摘要: This study explores the experience of disputant–disputant interpersonal justice in workplace mediation a public organization. The results show that there are significant differences between employees’ and supervisors’ experiences justice. Moreover, indicate quality participants’ interactions is significantly related to mediated outcome terms settlement or case resolution.
