摘要: Due to the high sedimentation rate in reservoirs located along Kurobe River (e.g. Dashidaira reservoir), sediment flushing with water level drawdown is employed preserve effective storage capacity. During a operation full drawdown, incoming flood erodes channel into deposited sediment. The evolution procedure complex phenomenon especially steep owing dynamic interaction between unsteady flow field and bed variations. formation were investigated meandering of reservoir utilizing measurements numerical simulations. A 3D model which applies Finite Volume Method (FVM) combination wetting/drying algorithm was used together different load transport formulas . Numerical outcomes disclosed reasonable agreement measurements. In addition, further insight correlation flushed out discharge as well found.
