摘要: Herein, we describe the normal contrast-enhanced harmonic, color, and power Doppler ultrasonographic characteristics of medial iliac lymph nodes in healthy dogs. Contrast-enhanced harmonic ultrasonography was performed on 14 dogs after intravenous administration lipoprotein-bound inert gas-filled microbubble contrast media Definity®. Time–pixel intensity curves were generated for 1-min postinjection. Quantification these using Philips QLab software. Non-contrast-enhanced color examinations each node to assess vascular patterns subjectively. Normal exhibited a mean wash-in phase beginning at 6.3 s from time injection with peak pixel 12.1 s. Angioarchitecture best visualized ultrasound compared Doppler. have central artery centrifugal uniform branching pattern. is noninvasive examination that demonstrates improved visibility intranodal architecture conventional, non-contrast-enhanced methods may future clinical applications.
