摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the analytical profile of lobeline hydrochloride. Lobeline is one pyridine-piperidine alkaloids. Its chemical structure was proposed by Wieland and co-workers, has been confirmed total synthesis alkaloid, which first carried out same group later others. occurs as needles from alcohol, ether, benzene, having a bitter taste. It slightly soluble in water; hot alcohol; chloroform; ether benzene. The X-ray diffraction pattern hydrochloride determined with Philips spectrogoniometer equipped PW 1730 generator. ultra voilet absorbance spectrum methanol scanned 200 to 400 nm, using Pye-Unicm SP 8-100 Spectrophotometer.
