Chain Structure and Dynamic Mechanical Property of the Vinylidenefluoride and Chlorotrifluoroethylene Copolymers

摘要: A series of vinylidenefluoride (VDF) and chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) copolymers were prepared by radical copolymerization, the chain elements structures gain with elemental analysis, crystal regions X-ray diffraction spectrum. The effect structure on crystallinity dynamic mechanical properties was discussed DMA analysis. result shows: increasing CTFE content decreases VDF-VDF, random distribution VDF-CTFE has a great crystallization properties. improves storage modulus damping in amorphous copolymers, while segments’ length gets narrower.
