摘要: Summary This paper is an empirically grounded essay about the current stare of organizational behavior (GB) research and productive future directions. We report results a survey GB scholars importance various topics their in ideal world. Wecompare responses with archival analysis papers published leading journals over 10-year period. suggest that many our respondents perceive to be ‘under researched’ can summarized one particular definition emphasizes organizing behavior.
