摘要: In spite of the great deal research in assisted reproductive techniques, more than 80% transferred embryos by IVF/ICSI methods fail to be implanted. The causes for repeated implantation failures (RIF) may reduced endometrial receptivity or other various uterine pathologies, such as thin endometrium, altered expression adhesive molecules immunological factors; whereas genetic abnormalities male female individuals, sperm defects, embryonic aneuploidy zona hardening are etiologies failures. Clinically, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries and hydrosalpinx decrease following embryo transfer due dual disorders quality endometrium. this study, probable evaluation RIF patients have been reviewed suggested their treatment, including myomectomy, stimulation, immunotherapy, hysteroscopy, preimplantation screening (PGS), hatching, zygote intra-fallopian (ZIFT), co-culture, blastocyst transfer, cytoplasmic tailoring stimulation protocols, intracytoplasmic injection (ICSI) salpingectomy hydrosalpinges discussed.
