摘要: This article looks at the relationship between different structures of property rights and climate change in littoral areas. It presents a critical historical political economy perspective on Hohfeldian analysis as legal jurisprudential concept, primarily by contextualising it embedded broader social, economic environmental relations. Through consideration contemporary developments practices Ghana Australia, argues that dramatic changes customary since their incorporation capitalist mode production have greatly enhanced anthropogenic activities which, turn, placed such great risk: submergence, losing cultural value, disrupting extant biophysical practices. The policy implications arising from concerns are then considered addressing issues relating to mitigation amelioration.
