摘要: A new approach which adopted the idea of coupling bionics to improve erosion resistance was presented, by taking desert scorpion as research object. The anti-erosion characteristic rules and mechanism scorpion’s surface under dynamics effect gas/solid mixed media were researched, especially comprehensive influence morphology, microstructure, creature flexibility many other factors studied. Simulation CFD software applied predict relative severity. Samples with coupled bionic configurations produced. Experiment optimum design theory employed experiment scheme. Silica sand particle size 105–830 μm used erodent. tests carried out validate simulation results obtained. It is shown that predicted are in agreement those obtained from experiment. And contrast at best worst test points for four samples. Contrast show trend occurs such order sample, groove, smooth flexibility, smooth, increasing rate resistances sequence 12.08%, 8.87%, 6.03% point. But poorest point, 15.64%, 9.53%, 6.59%. morphologies eroded examined scanning electron microscope, possible wear discussed.
