摘要: : The turnover rates of phenylethylamine and tryptamine have been estimated as their accumulation after inhibition monoamine oxidase by pargyline were found to be 1.53 nmol/g/h 0.24 nmol/g/h, respectively. Rate constants for the substrate activities these amines towards calculated 100 h−1 150 h−1, Tryptamine was exhibit a biphasic response increasing dosage, demonstrating its dual activity type B A oxidase, which two rate obtained, kB=100 kA=50 h−1.
